When you create an order you will be given the choice of various shipping options, depending on the type of product or service you have ordered. For most items we use the commercial carrier Federal Express because of their timely service, insurance, and tracking services. FedEx packages MUST be signed for and if the shipping address is different from the billing address you must include the shipping address phone number.Shipping Services
For domestic shipments we offer FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx Overnight Standard and FedEx Overnight Priority. For international shipping we offer FedEx International Economy. We typically ship orders on the same day if received by 2PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders made after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 2pm or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.Please Note: FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.

Hollywood Script Express offers the option of delivering your script submissions the same day by courier provided we recieve your order before 2pm Monday-Friday.IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We cannot calculate nor are we authorized to collect customs duties, VATs, and other local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of our international customers and typically due and collected upon receipt. In some cases customs authorities don't notify us of their charges until a much later date. In the event we are billed for any customs duties, VATs, or other local taxes, fees and duties we reserve the right to charge the party responsible for payment of the order should this occur. Documentation supporting these charges will be emailed to you.
